I was introduced to 101 Loan at a crisis point through a friend, as I was trying to close on a 1031 exchange.  The lender who I had been using literally denied the loan, one day before we were supposed to close.  I thought I was done with no options until I spoke to the team at 101 Loan.  The team quickly processed our loan file, identified, locked and submitted my loan to a lender that could quickly close.  16 days later, I had signed my docs and closed.
