What others say about us

Rob and his team were amazing and I wouldn’t be in my condo without them. Consummate professionals who are extremely knowledgeable in their field and make the process of home buying seem flawless. I would recommend Rob and his team to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home.

A friend of mine referred us to 101 loan, Rob, Renee and Danielle, were great to work with, they were on top of everything. We were able to close in about 17 days, they were fast and responsive. Definitely impressed by their work. Thank you very much. I would recommend them 200%.

Rob, Renee and Dani are great. They were able to get us pre-approved in record time, and presented a small bouquet of loan products for us to choose from. We even changed our mind on which product we wanted to go with well into the contingency period, and they worked with us to make it happen. Renee was incredibly helpful, talking through the various options and answering our (many) questions. Thumbs up for 101

101 Loan were amazing in helping me get a loan very quickly. I had been denied over and over from other lenders and 101 loan was able to make it work.

These folks work fast, they are professional and pleasant to work with

This was definitely a five-star experience
